Performance Calculation
The line’s production capacity can be calculated using the formula:
P = (3600 / T) × N × M
Where:
-
T – depositing cycle time (seconds)
-
N – number of depositing nozzles
-
M – weight of one deposited item (kg)
-
P – output capacity (kg/h)
Example 1:
-
T = 2 sec
-
N = 8 nozzles
-
M = 0.012 kg (12 g)
P = (3600 / 2) × 8 × 0.012 = 173 kg/h
Example 2:
-
T = 2 sec
-
N = 12 nozzles
-
M = 0.020 kg (20 g)
P = (3600 / 2) × 12 × 0.020 = 216 kg/h
