Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union.
Combined molding machine CMM-4 is designed to mold dough workpieces from semi-solid dough and semi-liquid dough. It equipped with two deposition stations:
– three roll for semi-solid dough varieties;
– two roll gear molding station for confectionery slab of semi-liquid dough.
The three-roll station is equipped with a blade-cutting unit of the dough slab.
Separation of the products formed at the gear station is processed due the raising and lowering table.
In the standard configuration, both molding stations are equipped with slot matrices with the function of thickness adjusting.
The basic configuration includes one molding die.
The machine is equipped with five individually adjustable drives (for the rotation of the dosing station rolls; for the blade cutting mechanism; for the movement of a bakery tray; for rotation of gear rolls of dosing station; for the rise of a table), program settings are controlled from the controller.
