Depositing single-hopper machine (DSM) is designed for extrusion of prepared dough through holes of various shapes (nozzles), giving different shapes of cookies by means of tray movement and rotation of nozzles.
The main advantage of this machine is that the shafts of special shape are not pressed with force on the dough, thus it retains its characteristics after passing through the extrusion module.
In order to facilitate separation of the dough from the nozzles at the end of dispensing cycle, the tray-moving conveyor can move in horizontal and vertical planes.
Some models of the cookie-depositing machine are equipped with a cutting device consisting of a moving string, which at the end of extrusion passes through the lower part of the forming die and thereby cuts the dough, tearing it away from the die.
