Marshmallow deposition machine MDM-2 is designed to deposit marshmallow products onto receiving trays. The principle of operation is based on the piston group of dies for marshmallow mass deposition. Movement of the mechanisms is organized on the basis of a pneumatic system. Dosing is determined by piston stroke. A programmable controller-based system allows you to instantly adjust operating modes, reducing time and simplifying the transition to manufacturing of various products types. All parts of the structure contacting with products are made of food stainless steel.

Benefits of MDM-2:
• All mechanisms operate on the basis of the Camozzi pneumatic system (Italy), which improves the reliability and stability of equipment for the production of marshmallows MDM-2, unlike motors, gearboxes and drives that are constantly failing;
