Marmalade casting machine МCМ-2 is designed for casting marmalade mass on silicone molding mats. The principle of machine operation is based on the piston group of marmalade mass deposition nozzles. The mechanisms movement is organized on the basis of a pneumatic system. Dosing is determined by piston stroke. A programmable controller-based system allows you to instantly adjust operating modes, reducing time and simplifying the transition to manufacturing of various products types. Controller stores various programs in the memory for the operation of the machine. All parts of the structure contacting with products are made of food stainless steel.

Calculation example for minimum configuration on 8 dies with a final product weight of 15 g:
T = 3,2 sec, N = 8 pcs., M = 0,015 kg
P = (3600/3,2)х8х0,015 = 135 kg/hour
Efficiency calculation example for maximum complete configuration on 12 dies with a final product weight of 20 g:
T = 3,2 sec, N = 12 pcs., M = 0,020 kg
P = (3600/3,2)х12х0,020 = 270 kg/hour
Benefits of МCМ-2:
- All mechanisms operate on the basis of the Camozzi pneumatic system (Italy), which improves the reliability and stability of equipment, in contrast to motors, gearboxes and drives that are constantly failing;

- A control panel based on programmable controllers and LCD display from Delta (Taiwan) allows you to flexibly configure operating modes. The casting mode of long products is easily adjusted.
- Due to the high stability and reliability of the equipment, the marmalade production technology is fully compliant.
- Adjustment of the receiving table in the range of 200 mm allows the use of silicone molding mats with different depths of products.
- The entire dosing group of МCМ-2 manufactured in a highly accurate mechanical area in 3 stages: groove, finishing and thorough grinding of all units.
- Products are deposited on silicone molding mats from 350 to 600 mm in width depending on the number of nozzles.
Opportunities:
- A possibility of supplying МCМ-2 as a complete set with dosing group of marshmallows deposition machine (MDM-2). Changing of the dosing group takes no more than 30 minutes. Machines are built on the same basis due to this unification. With small volumes of production, it allows you to expand the range, while saving on the purchase of equipment. Then you will always be able to purchase the base of the machine and make two separate production lines.
