Description
The automated complex represents a fully closed-loop fruit jelly production line with molding (casting) into forms, cooling, demolding, and sugar coating. Form return and movement are carried out using pneumatic components. A bucket elevator transports sugar from the tumbler to the coating unit. The system includes 150 stainless steel-framed silicone molds, ensuring a continuous production cycle.
Production Capacity Calculation (kg/h):
P = (3600 / T) × K × M
Where:
- T – time for casting and moving one mold (in seconds)
- K – number of items per mold
- M – weight of one item (in kg)
Example 1 (3×8 mold layout, 12 g per piece):
T = 8 sec; K = 24; M = 0.012 kg
P = (3600 / 8) × 24 × 0.012 = 130 kg/h
Example 2 (4×8 mold layout, 10 g per piece):
T = 8 sec; K = 32; M = 0.01 kg
P = (3600 / 8) × 32 × 0.01 = 144 kg/h
