Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union.

 Dosing stuffer for croissants production DS-2K is designed for stuffing products with various masses:

  • condensed milk and “Varenka” type creams;
  • oil and fat creams;
  • Cremfil-type confectionery fillings;
  • jams and confitures.

It is possible to use fillings with inclusions (crushed nut, air rice, caramelized fruits, etc.) when installing a rotary cam pump.

The machine has 2 modifications:

  • Manual loading DS-2K4 and dispenser at 4 positions.
  • DS-2K8 with manual loading, increased conveyor length and dispenser at 8 positions.

Principle of operation:

Depending on the modification, 4 or 8 needles are installed for filling 4 or 8 products respectively. The dispensing unit is equipped with a spool mechanism – the filling does not flow when the needle leaves the product. Workpieces are loaded manually.

Features of DS-2K:

  • The machine works correctly only with stable dimensions and correct product geometry. Suitable semi-finished products are produced only on automated equipment.
  • Filling pumps are sensitive to air ingress. The operator must maintain a filling level of at least a third of the hopper volume and prevent the air from being entrained by the air pump between the filling loads; otherwise the filling dosage will not be stable.

DS-2K advantages:

 The operation modes are set on the touch control panel.

  • Pneumatic units of Camozzi (Italy).
  • Delta frequency converters (Taiwan).
  • Control based on Delta controller (Taiwan) and Kinco touchpad (China).
  • All components of the equipment contacting with the products are made of materials allowed for contact with food products and environments.
