Vertical filling dispenser Syringe-2 is designed for stuffing products with various masses:
- condensed milk and “Varenka” type creams;
- oil and fat creams;
- Cremfil-type confectionery fillings;
- jams and confitures.
It is possible to use fillings with inclusions (crushed nut, air rice, caramelized fruits, etc.) when installing a rotary cam pump.
Principle of operation:
Several pieces are filled at the same time. Empty workpieces are supplied manually in special substrate frames.
Features of Syringe-2:
- The machine works correctly only with stable sizes of products.
- Filling pumps are sensitive to air ingress. The operator must maintain a filling level of at least a third of the hopper volume and prevent the air from being entrained by the air pump between the filling loads, otherwise the filling dosage will not be stable.
Syringe-2 advantages:
