The production line of biscuit sticks is a full-fledged automated complex that allows you to produce bread sticks. The presented version in photography and video has an efficiency of 42 kg/h at a width of 600 mm and 63 kg/h at a width of 900 mm. The air extraction system is not included in the basic set.

We offer you a finished solution; if necessary, we will equip the line with a dough kneader DK-70 and packaging machine PM-550.
Process of the line operation:
After kneading, the dough is loaded into the receiving hopper MFS-2, than the dough pumped by the shaft is extruded through the forming nozzles into the bundle. The bundle along the mesh conveyor enters the soda bath, then moves to the notch block, where the shaft forms the length of future sticks. After this in the sprinkling block, product is decorated with salt or any other fraction you choose (sesame, poppy seeds, sugar, etc.). Then bundles enter the baking area on a stainless mesh. In the next step, after exit from furnace the exhaust fans cool down products before removal, which ensures a low percentage of scrap of the finished product.
