Glazing machine with rolling out container on harness conveyor (GMHC) is designed for mechanization of glazing process of confectionery products with chocolate glaze in food industry. In addition, main constructive objective of this glazing machine is to provide a clean bottom without glaze traces (glazing of Easter cakes, cakes, ONLY PRODUCT TOP)
Principle of operation:
Chocolate glaze is loaded into the rolled out container (either mechanically or automatically). Chocolate glaze semi-product warms up to a given temperature in the container.
When preset temperature is reached, chocolate glaze is fed by means of blade pump into glazing bath. As the bath is filled with glaze, the shutter is opened. You can adjust the gap to make the glaze jet even and flows out without tearing. Glazed product is laid on small bundle conveyor and conveyor is turned on. Products are delivered to a large bundle conveyor to the glazing zone. Passing along the conveyor, the products enter the blowing zone to remove excess glaze from above. It is possible to vary the amount of glaze remaining on the surface of the products by adjusting the fan speed. The structure of the harness conveyor provides a clean bottom of the glazed product without traces of glaze. Then products are cooled. Machine allows you to cover with chocolate confectionery glaze: only the top (without traces of glaze on the bottom), the whole product, or only the bottom.
