Gingerbread replication machine GRM-2 is designed to replicate gingerbread products in order to obtain a glossy shell on the surface of the product with clusters of crystallized sugar.
Principle of operation: gingerbread and sugar syrup are loaded using a tray. By rotating in a spiral drum, the product is glazed with sugar syrup. Shafts and reduction motor driving circulation drum are installed on frame. Sugar syrup tanks are optionally installed.
