SM-600 – a spreading machine designed for spreading a thin layer of liquid on top of confectionery products (sugar cookies, cracker, and dry biscuits). The machine is used as part of in-line trains for molding and baking cookies or dry biscuits.
Principle of operation: products pass along the conveyor under shafts which take liquid from the tank for application in a thin layer on the surface. Speed of conveyor, shafts and distance between belt and shaft are controlled.
