Tight dough rolling station
Tight dough rolling station with longitudinal-transverse cutting LTC-2 is designed for dough rolling of specified thickness with possible thickness adjustment, dough cutting in longitudinal and transverse directions and automatic feeding into tunnel oven during production of breads, hardtacks, lavash, etc.
Principle of operation:
Dough loading – by the shaft manually to the pre-rolling station hopper. The operator ensures that dough is always present in the bin. The dough formation from the spreading machine comes out with uneven edges. To obtain even edges and a given width of the dough shutter, a disk divider is installed on the receiving conveyor, which allows dividing the dough into the required number of strips, while the extreme cuts fall on the outlet conveyor and are sent to the hopper of the pre-rolling station. The transverse divider produces a transverse division of the dough strips.

3. Receiving conveyor from a rolling machine. Designed to feed rolled dough to steel hearth of the furnace.

5. Disk divider (designed for longitudinal division of dough formation into separate blanks).
