Description
The automated baking complex for hearts and waffles  is designed for producing a wide range of products:

• Heart-shaped waffles (Scandinavian or Swedish waffles)

The output in kg/hour can be calculated using the formula:
P = (3600 / t) · N · n · m

Where:

• t – total baking time per product, seconds
• n – number of items per mold, pcs
• N – number of baking molds, pcs
• m – mass of one item, kg

Example calculation for sponge heart with filling (5 hearts, 18 molds):
t = 165 sec; N = 18; n = 5; m = 0.030 kg
P = (3600 / 165) · 18 · 5 · 0.030 = 59 kg/hour

Example (8 hearts, 18 molds):
t = 180 sec; N = 18; n = 8; m = 0.030 kg
P = (3600 / 180) · 18 · 8 · 0.030 = 86 kg/hour

Example (8 hearts, 21 molds):
t = 180 sec; N = 21; n = 8; m = 0.030 kg
P = (3600 / 180) · 21 · 8 · 0.030 = 100 kg/hour

Example (16 hearts, 21 molds):
t = 240 sec; N = 21; n = 16; m = 0.030 kg
P = (3600 / 240) · 21 · 16 · 0.030 = 151 kg/hour

Features

• Process automation: batter dosing, baking, and removal.
• Programmable operation modes: speeds, timing, dosing volumes.
• Batter dispenser: based on a gear pump driven by a geared motor with frequency regulation. Offers 4 adjustable parameters: delay, speed, time, and anti-drip.
• Molds (plates): made from cast iron grade SCH20. Cast iron provides even baking thanks to high heat capacity and is easy to clean. Heating is internal — open molds do not lose temperature. The top plate opens along a guide rail for removal and subsequent dosing, and closes along the same path. A locking mechanism automatically secures the plates during baking.
• Automatic removal system: operates via a vacuum plate.
• Food-grade materials: all product-contacting parts are made from food-grade materials.

Warranty

The equipment is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment or from the commissioning date if performed by our specialists.
During the warranty period, our technicians carry out all warranty repairs.
After the warranty period, a separate agreement can be made for post-warranty maintenance and repair services.
