Automatic line for the production of biscuits, creams, rings and cakes “Medovik” LBC-620 designed for molding, sizing and stacking products on a pastry or steel baking sheet under the oven. Wide range of line modifications for various types of products:
• “Korzhik”;
• “Sochnik” or compose;
• “Ring”;
• round cake or rectangular for the “Medovik” cake.

• Guillotine cutting unit (cuts curly shapes of biscuits, butterscotch, rings – at choice).
• Waste return conveyor for recycling.
• Roller-gear station for applying filling on the workpiece (cottage cheese on a juicer).
Features:
• Line is equipped with a programmable controller.
• Rolling the crevice after applying the filling is manual.
• Installation of an automatic baking sheet stacker is possible.
• Line is designed for the molding of round and rectangular blanks of “honey” cake layers with a minimum cake thickness of 2 mm.
• Line is equipped with seats for installing a rolling pin with a roll of puff pastry.
• For a more accurate layout of products, baking sheets similar to the sample in the figure should be used.

• Roller (flattens the layer of dough after leaving the calibrator).
• Needle roller (designed to pierce the layer of puff pastry).
