Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union.

Modular confectionery oven MCO-T – is intended for pre-baking confectionery products on a Teflon tape, which cannot be deposited directly on the mesh under the oven, such as gingerbread cookies, oatmeal cookies, etc. The stove is made taking into account its operation in rooms with an air temperature of 10 to 35 ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 85%

Furnace composition:

Oven consists of several baking modules, a feeding table, a receiving table, an exhaust system, a power unit and a control panel. Tubular electric heaters (TEH) are installed in each baking chamber above and below.

Device and principle of operation:

Oven consists of several baking modules 1900 mm long, connected to each other and forming a tunnel through which the Teflon tape moves. A feed table with a pneumatic-based tensioning device is installed at the tunnel entrance. A receiving table is installed at the exit of the tunnel, in which the drive mechanism of the conveyor and the electrical power unit are located. Each baking chamber has an exhaust tunnel that is connected to an exhaust probe on the receiving table. The temperature regime in the baking chambers is created using tubular electric heaters (TEH) located above and below. The oven has two-layer thermal insulation around the baking chambers, which ensures a decrease in heat loss and energy consumption during operation. The casing of the furnace is made of panels that provide easy accessibility to maintenance of all furnace mechanisms.
