Electric confectionery oven ECO-2U

Electric confectionery oven ECO-2U is intended for baking shortbread biscuits such as “nut”, “tartlet”, “heart” with condensed milk in an industrial environment. The oven is equipped with an electronic control unit for temperature and baking time. The constant volume of the warehouse is more than 10 pieces. The equipment is certified.

Attention: Block molds in the oven are interchangeable. When purchasing ECO-2U, you can choose any other instead of the nut block-form. You can also order any form separately or additionally complete with a stove. We can make a form of any complexity according to your sketches.

The advantages of the electronic control unit:

• Heating regulation TPM501 allows maintaining the temperature of ± 20 ° C from the set one. On any mechanical thermostats, it will be at least in the range of ± 40 ° C;
• reliability of TPM501 is an order of magnitude higher than that of thermostats;
• TPM501 is covered by the guarantee of the OWEN company. The warranty period for TPM501 is 24 months. Representative offices of the “OWEN” company are located in many large cities of Russia. • TPM501 allows you to see the temperature of the baking chamber in real time;
