Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union.
Automatiс that producing wide range of pastry with or without the stuffing APWR-2 is compact multi-function and full automatic packaged system, containing following devices:
- paste metering system;
stuffing metering system;
- auto lubrication system;
- baking systems;
automatical pastry removing system.
There is example of calculation for spongecake heart with the filling:
t = 320 seconds; N = 28 pcs.; n = 6 pcs.; m = 0,03 kgph
P = (3600:320)·28·6·0,03 = 56,7 кг/час
Time of the baking and the mass of production depend on the formulation.
Weight of production depends on production volume, paste-to-filling ratio and the formulation.
** Our factory uses only primary aluminium AK-7 (GOST 1583-93) from RUSAL company. We do not produce aeneous baking-tins, as it is done by Korean companies, because according to Russian Federation GOST, aeneous is unappropriated for making baking moulds.
*** The heating time of the molds up to the working temperature directly depends on the reflectivity of the surface. While installing a new set of block molds or after washing for the first few days, the heating time is higher and the optical sensor may give an error due to an increase in the degree of infrared rays reflection. In this case, you should focus on the temperature data inside the baking chamber.
Powerful capabilities:
- A large variety of production:
- White sponges in the different shapes, with or without the stuffing.
- Butter (vanilla) cookies with or without the stuffing. For example, homemade mini-heart with the stuffing or ring-shaped cookie where stuffing is spread evenly on the product. Production like this could be produced only with APWR-2.
- Viennes (or Belgian) sponge waffles.
- Mini-kuchens with or without the stuffing.
Muffins
- Paste and filling are not dripping due to the lock up mechanism.
- High-precision metering block deposits the filling inside the paste operating on the principle of ‘nozzle-in-nozzle’ (like depositors). That way the filling is spread evenly on the product. Also, it helps to randomly invert paste-to-filling ratio, herewith you should not be afraid that product could rip or that the filling could leak out. We guarantee the production with accurate verges and weight in the end of the lane.
- Bowl for paste and/or filling metering could be divide into groups. It allows to produce, for example, assorted by paste white sponges (6 elements have the color of egg sponge + 6 elements have the color of chocolate), and by filling, too (6 elements with creamy filling + 6 elements with chocolate filling).
Options of bowls for paste and/or filling dividing: - Total amount of elements is divided into two equal groups.
- Twelve elements are divided into three groups, each of them has four elements.
- Drain systems on baking molds and inside the line, diverter and vent systems allow to effectively remove fat and reeks into purpose-built reservoirs. It powerfully cuts down baking-tins and line cleaning services.
- Automatic diffusing system applies nonstick liquid on upper and lower parts of baking moulds, which allows to powerfully save expensive import lubrication (due to accurate dosage of diffusor) and completely save mechanic from unnecessary work.
- There is a lack of baking-tins quenching, lack of constantly breaking mechanical drives, all movements are made with the help of air-driven equipment.
- ALPK’s activity is monitored by only one person. Second person prepares paste and filling.
Efficiency:
Efficiency of APWR-2 is at least 50% more than any kind of Korean or Chinese automatics because of the total amount of elements on the line, that equals 312 (assuming twelve elements on the one baking-tin).
Electricity saving:
- Tunnel baking principle (baking-tins heat above and below inside the tunnel) allows massive electricity saving. The warmth keeper is made of ceramic fiber with reflecting foil. If situation so requires, there is capability of easy access to baking-tins in the tunnel. You just need to lift its upper cap by using a compressed-air lifting system that is manipulated by joystick.
Controlling system:
- Lane controlling system builds on two principles:
- The intuitive interface that is based on control stand with a 10’ LCD sensor screen.
- Feedback with an operator on the ‘operator’s assistant’ principle.
- Controlling system allows operator to range at 10 meters from the lane; in the case of oddities the system informs operator with respective acoustical and light signals, showing respective info message on control stand LCD screen.
- Animated information of lane node points shows on LCD screen.

- Range of baking-tins:
- For the first time we have realized the «elements are picked up on the baking-tin» principle. In other words, on every baking mould, we can put elements that you especially prefer (from our catalogue) and this is included into the final cost of lane or extra baking-tins set.
- Range of baking-tins in the catalouge expands every month. On a monthly basis we create as high as 8 new products.
- We can produce interchangeable hotplates for ALPK or for any other lanes (Japanese, Corean or Chinese) that will be based on your sketches or archetypes of any complexity.Also we can produce production with brand logos.
