The stacker machine is designed for sorting cookies in rows and placing it on the side (rib) for ease of laying. The variety of cookies used on the stacker: oval, square, round and rectangular. The equipment helps to optimize the process of packaging finished products after cooling, in particular to reduce the cost of salaries for additional employees. Cookies placed on the rib are not only convenient to put into transport containers, but also visually check the presence of broken cookies in the pack. Quick and convenient reconfiguration of the machine when machined products are changed. If the size of cookie is not more than 20 mm, reconfiguration is not required in most cases. If even necessary, it takes no more than 20 minutes. Storage allows to store a large volume of finished products.
Principle of operation: from the cooling conveyor, cookies fall on dividing guides, where they diverge in rows. The belt conveyor then lifts the cookies and rolls down the guides onto the laying shaft forming the packs of cookies mounted on the rib.
