Baking pan greasing machine (PGM-2)

Baking pan greasing machine (PGM-2) is designed for application of non-stick lubricant on pans, molds and other confectionery equipment for baking. Four adjustable nozzles uniformly spray grease on vegetable or wax base. The operator places a bow on the machine and the conveyor transfers the bow to the pollination zone. A large number of adjustments allow you to choose the optimal operating modes of the equipment.

Features of PGM-2:

– the frame and skin are made of black steel with powder painting;
– conveyor working zone is made of food stainless steel;
– conveyor is situated at a height of 1000 mm from the floor level with adjustment ± 25 mm;
– removable protective panels of pollination unit;
– drive chain with repositioned flags, polymer side guides;
– control panel allows you to configure:
– conveyor speed;
– switch forward/backward motion;
– adjustment of tank heating temperature;
– light-sound indication of low level of operating fluid;

– 2 operating modes:
1. the pan is set to the initial position, the signal from the sensor-1 starts the conveyor, when the sensor-2 passes, the nozzles are started, at the end of the working zone the conveyor stops by the signal from the sensor-3.
2. the chain conveyor is in constant motion, the pan is laid in front of the flag, when the sensor-2 passes, the nozzles are started.
