Wafer sheet transport conveyor WTC-2

Wafer sheet transport conveyor WTC-2 – is intended for cooling wafer products in the process of moving from the oven to the area for further processing.

Principle of operation:

Wafer sheet is fed onto a transport conveyor and transferred to the holding device of the chain conveyor, where the wafer products are naturally cooled and stabilized. Three modes of movement of the chain conveyor:

0 – always on, used for service functions (checking, cleaning, etc.);

1 – movement along the sensor, 3 seconds after passing the sheet, the conveyor is shifted by 1 position;

2 – movement by timer, the conveyor moves one position at a given time.

Distinctive features:

– parts of the equipment in contact with the product are made of food-grade materials (stainless steel, polyurethane);

– initially, the universal control was built on the basis of a programmable logic controller, which allows you to adjust the mode optimally to the production conditions;
