Cooling conveyor CC-2– multi-section single-deck cooling conveyor for confectionery products with different widths of the working area. Manufactured taking into account operation in rooms with an air temperature of 10 to 35 ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 85%.

Conveyor composition:

Сonveyor consists of several modules, a feeding table, a receiving table, an exhaust system and a control panel.

 Device and principle of operation:

Сonveyor consists of several modules 1900 mm long, interconnected and forming a through tunnel through which the conveyor moves (PST mesh or chains with flags). A feeding table with a tensioning device is installed at the entrance of the tunnel. A receiving table is installed at the exit of the tunnel, in which the drive mechanism of the conveyor and the electrical control panel are located. An exhaust fan is installed through one section. The casing is made of panels that provide easy accessibility to service of all mechanisms. The control panel is located on the right side of the drive station.
