Cutting machine confectionery layers CM-2R intended for manual cutting of confectionery blocks and layers:
– wafer sheets glued with fat filling;

Principle of operation of the CM-2R machine is longitudinal-transverse cutting of confectionery blocks and layers by passing through the blocks of knives. All operations are carried out manually:
1. Installing the cutting slab and lowering the clamping device;
2. Longitudinal cutting with subsequent return to the starting position;
3. Lowering the pressure device;
4. Cross cutting with subsequent return to the starting position;
5. Removal of finished products.
