Machine is designed for fast and accurate vertical cutting of cakes, biscuit layers, rolls. All necessary parameters are set on the touch screen. Cutting is carried out with knives that make a reciprocating motion, which allows you to achieve an even cut without jams. The movement and positioning of the table is realized on linear guides paired with two servo motors for high precision. After each cut, the knives are automatically cleaned to maintain the perfect appearance of the piece being cut.
