Cooling conveyor CC intended for mechanization of the cooling process of glazed confectionery products at food industry enterprises
Principle of operation:
Cooling conveyor for the glazing line is composed of sections. Each cooling section is a metal frame, sheathed with sandwich panels, on which the rest of the unit’s elements are placed. During operation, the refrigeration unit cools down to a predetermined temperature the air coolers located above the conveyor belt. Overhead fans blow the air coolers towards the conveyor belt. The sections are equipped with an individual dryer. Condensation formed is discharged to the outside. Medium-temperature TECUMSEH units of the SP (R22) series are used as a refrigeration unit in the conveyors of the CC series, using the refrigerant R-22 for the first section and R404 for the subsequent ones. A frequency-controlled geared motor drives the conveyor drive. The main control panel is designed to supply power, starting the movement of the tape, adjusting the speed of the tape. Each section is equipped with an individual control panel. The main functionality of which is: adjusting the volume of cooled air supply, setting the required temperature, monitoring the operating temperature, displaying the operating parameters of the refrigeration unit. The set temperature level of the cooling conveyor is achieved by recirculating the cooled air.
