Conveyor for filling CF-2

Conveyor for filling CF-2 designed to automate the spreading and assembly of confectionery layers and cakes
Consists of two section:
-spreading conveyor;
-assembly conveyor.
Principle of operation:
Spreading conveyor is designed to automate the application of the filling on top of the confectionery cakes (square or rectangular) with the subsequent transition to the assembly conveyor. Confectionery semi-finished product (cake) in the amount of 3 layers is manually fed to the transport polyurethane tape, due to the movement of the tape, the product falls under the dosing device, where the filling (cream) is applied. The dosing device is a gear pump head designed for dosing flowing masses (biscuit, cream, etc.), the gap between the cake and the dosing head is mechanically adjusted. After applying the filling, three rows of cakes are fed along a moving belt to the assembly conveyor, where the cakes are automatically separated from each other and the cakes are assembled by hand. Conveyors are equipped with geared motors and frequency converters for smooth change of belt speed and belt speed. The dosing heads are equipped with individual drives and frequency converters to regulate the filling feed rate (rotation of the gear shafts). The dosing head comes with two types of gates for different cake sizes. The gates are equipped with the possibility of individual adjustment of the thickness of the filling layer on each row of cakes.
